Temperature range from -5°C to -10°C. Recommended waxing iron temp.: 145°C. Our standard CH6 has been a success in the Cera Nova system, and even with extensive testing we have not found anything to beat it. This is a cost-effective training and racing wax, as well as a basic preparation wax for cold skis. CH06X has high durability and works well in most snow conditions, even on artificial snow and glaciers. The speed of the waxing iron should be approx. 8-10 seconds for a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min.) for better durability. It is important to have a good waxing iron in order to melt the wax efficiently.
