Change of mind Returns
Contact us before sending back, we offer a 14day change of mind on most items, some items such as skis with bindings, fitted boots, certain under-clothing can't be returned due to change of mind.
In some instances a restocking fee may be charged but in most cases we wont charge.
All change of mind returns must be with original packaging and tags. Shipping is non-refundable.
Damaged/Faulty Returns
Contact us before sending back, depending on the product different Warranty periods apply, in most cases there is a 1year Warranty on new products. We do not offer a Warranty on used products but all used products are checked before being sent out, if you do have an issue with a used product contact us with the details as in some cases we can help
Incorrect Listing Info/Wrong Product Returns
Contact us before sending back, If we have sent out the wrong product to what you ordered we will arrange return and send out correct item/issue a refund.
