Shipping policy

Orders are sent via Aramex Couriers unless otherwise stated in Listing.

 

Delivery Times

Most deliveries will happen within 2-3days for North Island and 1-2days for South Island, Rural addresses generally take an additional 1-3days

Winter Months

Most packages are shipped within 24hrs of payment (unless we are waiting on boot sizes from you to adjust or mount ski/snowboard bindings). Please contact us first if package is urgent.

 

Summer Months

Over summer we only ship out a couple of times a week, please contact us first if package is urgent.

 

Rural Shipping

Please make sure you check that you have paid for rural delivery if you are a Rural Address according to Aramex as not paying can create delays in your package being sent.

International Shipping

Use the contact us form to request specific pricing including products and location. Typically international shipping is 7-20days
